I can not escape reality so I close it out.
Huddling myself in the illusions of who I pretend to be.
I alone see the truth but can not reveal it.
I don't want them to notice the real me so I tear fearfully.
I can not reveal it for I am not in their world.
Being as I am tied to reality.

I am fourteen in the 8th grade at Urban Promise Academy.
I created this blog so that others can aspect my poetry.
